【摘要】：目的:建立同時測定避孕貼中炔雌醇與諾孕曲明含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Wonda Cract ODS-2,流動相為甲醇-0.5%磷酸(68∶32,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測波長為220 nm,柱溫為25℃,進樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:炔雌醇、諾孕曲明質(zhì)量濃度分別在0.872~130.8、0.880~132.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與各自的峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 6、0.999 7);精密度、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性試驗的RSD均≤1.03%;加樣回收率分別為101.50%、101.68%,RSD分別為0.99%、0.95%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡便、準(zhǔn)確,可用于避孕貼中炔雌醇和諾孕曲明的含量測定。
