【摘要】：目的:了解新生兒科重癥監(jiān)護病房(ICU)用藥情況,為促進我院新生兒科ICU合理使用藥物提供依據(jù)。方法:將新生兒科用藥按照藥理作用機制進行分類統(tǒng)計,根據(jù)用藥數(shù)量進行排序并計算百分比,統(tǒng)計分析2010年至2013年用藥頻度排名前10位的藥品。查閱各藥品說明書,核對各藥品的實際使用情況,統(tǒng)計新生兒科ICU超說明書使用情況。結(jié)果:從2010年到2013年,新生兒科ICU用藥數(shù)量呈上升趨勢,維生素及水電解質(zhì)平衡營養(yǎng)藥物、作用于消化系統(tǒng)藥物、作用于血液造血系統(tǒng)藥物居前3位,DDDs排名前3位的藥物分別為維生素AD滴劑、枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌顆粒和復(fù)方碳酸鈣泡騰顆粒。2012-2013年,抗感染藥物、作用于自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)藥物、作用于消化系統(tǒng)藥物增幅分別為55.53%、43.62%和28.68%。說明書中未提及新生兒用藥的48種,占31.6%,主要包括維生素、水電解質(zhì)平衡營養(yǎng)類藥物、血液造血系統(tǒng)和消化系統(tǒng)藥物。結(jié)論:我院新生兒科ICU用藥特點比較明確,超說明書用藥所占比例較大,應(yīng)加強不合理用藥的干預(yù),進一步提高我院新生兒用藥的安全性、有效性和經(jīng)濟性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the drug use of ICU in neonatal intensive care unit (ICU) and to provide evidence for rational use of ICU in our hospital.Methods: according to the mechanism of pharmacological action, the drugs in pediatrics were classified and counted according to the number of drugs used and the percentage was calculated. The top 10 drugs in the frequency of drug use from 2010 to 2013 were statistically analyzed.To check the actual use of each drug and to count the use of ICU in pediatrics.Results: from 2010 to 2013, the number of ICU drugs in pediatrics showed an increasing trend, vitamins and water electrolyte balanced nutrition drugs, acting on digestive system drugs,The top 3 drugs acting on hematopoietic system drugs in DDDs were vitamin A drops, Bacillus subtilis Dysticillium granules and compound calcium carbonate effervescent granules from 2012 to 2013. Antiinfective drugs acting on autonomic nervous system drugs,The increase of drugs acting on digestive system was 43.62% and 28.68% respectively.48 kinds of drugs were not mentioned in the instructions, accounting for 31.6%, including vitamins, water and electrolyte balanced nutrition drugs, blood hematopoietic system and digestive system drugs.Conclusion: the characteristics of ICU drug use in our hospital are clear, the proportion of drug use is large, the intervention of irrational drug use should be strengthened, and the safety, effectiveness and economy of neonatal drug use in our hospital should be further improved.
