【摘要】：目的:探討負(fù)面清單法干預(yù)注射用單磷酸阿糖腺苷臨床用藥的效果。方法:分析某院注射用單磷酸阿糖腺苷的臨床使用現(xiàn)狀,利用負(fù)面清單法進(jìn)行干預(yù),總結(jié)干預(yù)后不合理用藥改進(jìn)效果。結(jié)果:注射用單磷酸阿糖腺苷不合理用藥集中表現(xiàn)在適應(yīng)證方面,如超適應(yīng)證、無適應(yīng)證和診斷不明確三方面。干預(yù)后,不合理率由干預(yù)前99.43%降至34.12%。其中超適應(yīng)證現(xiàn)象由85例(48.57%)降為14例(16.47%);診斷不明確從78例(44.57%)降至7例(8.24%);無適應(yīng)證給藥由11例(6.29%)降為8例(9.41)%。結(jié)論:負(fù)面清單法規(guī)范該院注射用單磷酸阿糖腺苷的臨床應(yīng)用效果顯著,值得進(jìn)一步推廣用于合理用藥質(zhì)量管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of negative list method on the treatment of adenosine arabinoside monophosphate for injection.Methods: the clinical application of adenosine monophosphate for injection in a hospital was analyzed. The negative list method was used to intervene and summarize the effect of irrational drug use after intervention.Results: the irrational use of adenosine arabinate monophosphate for injection focused on the indications, such as overindication, lack of indication and unclear diagnosis.After intervention, the unreasonable rate decreased from 99.43% before intervention to 34.12%.The overindication was reduced from 85 cases (48.57 cases) to 14 cases (16.47%), the diagnostic uncertainty decreased from 78 cases (44.57) to 7 cases (8.24%), and the number of cases without indication decreased from 11 cases (6.29 cases) to 8 cases (9.41%).Conclusion: the negative list method is effective in clinical application of adenosine arabinophosphate for injection in our hospital, and it is worth popularizing for rational drug use quality management.
