【摘要】：目的:為制備高效的脂質(zhì)體提供參考。方法:以"材料""脂質(zhì)體""Materials modified liposomes"等為關(guān)鍵詞,組合查詢2000-2016年在Pub Med、中國知網(wǎng)、萬方、維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫中的相關(guān)文獻,對修飾脂質(zhì)體材料的種類、特點及其在制劑中的應(yīng)用研究進行綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共檢索到相關(guān)文獻439篇,其中有效文獻45篇。目前用于修飾脂質(zhì)體的材料主要有糖類及其衍生物、配體類、聚合物類及肽類等。其中糖類及其衍生物、配體類和肽類修飾后的脂質(zhì)體具有主動靶向性,能提高藥物的生物利用度;聚合物類修飾后的脂質(zhì)體可提高藥物的穩(wěn)定性。目前國內(nèi)修飾脂質(zhì)體材料還處在研發(fā)階段,臨床應(yīng)用較少,存在經(jīng)修飾的脂質(zhì)體在體內(nèi)外的靶向性是否具有可比性、各類材料是否能廣泛用于不同含藥脂質(zhì)體的修飾、修飾后的脂質(zhì)體能否實現(xiàn)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)、修飾脂質(zhì)體的設(shè)計與制備過程均較普通脂質(zhì)體復雜等問題,有待今后去攻克。
[Abstract]:Objective : To provide a reference for the preparation of high - efficient liposomes . Methods : Using " material " " liposome " , " Materials modified liposomes " as the key words , we reviewed the related documents in the database of " Materials " , " Materials modified liposomes " and so on . The results and conclusions are as follows : There are 439 references to the modified liposome materials . The results and conclusions are as follows : The carbohydrate and its derivatives , ligand and peptide modified liposomes have the active targeting ability , which can improve the bioavailability of the drug . The modified liposome can be widely used in the modification of different drug - containing liposomes .
