【摘要】：目的:分析某院2013-2014年臨床輔助用藥使用情況,了解國內外使用及研究現狀,指導臨床合理用藥。方法:對該院2013-2014年臨床輔助用藥的用量、不良反應進行統(tǒng)計;評價金額排名第一的藥品使用合理性,并通過文獻檢索了解該藥物國內外研究及使用現狀。結果:該院2013-2014年輔助治療藥物不良反應報告呈上升趨勢;輔助用藥金額排名靠前的主要是活血化瘀類、神經營養(yǎng)類藥物,中、西藥排名第一的藥品分別為注射用血栓通及單唾液酸四己糖神經節(jié)苷脂,臨床不合理使用分別為21例(70%)、6例(20%),其中超適應證用藥和用量不適宜為主要問題。查閱國內外相關文獻,涉及臨床治療的疾病有幾十種,遠遠超出了藥品說明書規(guī)定的適應證范圍;且Meta分析證據強度不足、可靠性差,不足以支持其超說明書用藥情況。結論:醫(yī)院輔助用藥使用的增加,需要進一步加強管理,促進臨床合理用藥,因病施治。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of clinical adjuvant drugs in a hospital from 2013 to 2014, to understand the current situation of clinical use and research at home and abroad, and to guide the rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods: the dosage and adverse reactions of clinical adjuvant drugs in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were statistically analyzed, the rationality of drug use ranked first in sum of money was evaluated, and the current situation of research and use of this drug at home and abroad was studied through literature retrieval.Results: the ADR report of adjuvant therapy in the year 2013-2014 was on the rise, and the number of adjunctive drugs in the top ranking was mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, neurotrophic drugs, middle, middle, and so on.The most important drugs in western medicine were Xueshuantong for injection and tetrahexose ganglioside mono-sialate for injection. The clinical unreasonable use was 21 cases and 6 cases respectively. The main problem was that the overindication and dosage were not suitable.There are dozens of diseases involved in clinical treatment, which are far beyond the indications stipulated in the drug specification, and the Meta analysis is not enough to support its over-description because of its insufficient evidence strength and poor reliability.Conclusion: the increase of hospital adjuvant drug use needs to strengthen the management, promote the rational use of drugs in clinic, and treat the disease.
