【摘要】:采用中心組合設(shè)計(jì)(CCD)響應(yīng)面法(RSM)優(yōu)化α淀粉酶抑制劑篩選條件.在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響α淀粉酶抑制劑活性的4個(gè)因素即淀粉溶液濃度、保溫溫度、DNS用量、沸水時(shí)間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,根據(jù)回歸方程最終確定α淀粉酶溶液質(zhì)量濃度1mg/mL,淀粉溶液質(zhì)量濃度17 mg/mL,保溫溫度46℃,保溫時(shí)間15 min,DNS用量2mL,沸水時(shí)間6min.經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果穩(wěn)定可靠,可用于α淀粉酶抑制劑篩選.
[Abstract]:On the basis of single factor test , four factors influencing the activity of 偽 amylase inhibitor , i.e . the concentration of starch solution , the temperature of heat preservation , the amount of DNS and the time of boiling water , were optimized . The concentration of 偽 amylase was determined to be 1mg / mL , the mass concentration of starch was 17 mg / mL , the temperature was 46 鈩,
