【摘要】：白細胞介素17(IL-17)家族在銀屑病的發(fā)病過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,IL-17A受體拮抗劑能夠抑制IL-17的活性。布羅達單抗為一種人源化免疫球蛋白G抗體,對IL-17A受體具有較高的親和力,能夠抑制IL-17所致的炎癥反應(yīng),在日本已經(jīng)被批準用于銀屑病的治療�；颊邔Σ剂_達單抗具有較好的耐受性,最常見的不良事件主要包括鼻咽炎、腹瀉、上呼吸道感染等。
[Abstract]:Interleukin 17 (IL-17) family play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, IL-17A receptor antagonists can inhibit the activity of IL-17. Broda a humanized monoclonal antibody for immunoglobulin G antibodies with high affinity for IL-17A receptor can inhibit the inflammatory reaction caused by IL-17, has been in Japan approved for the treatment of psoriasis. Patients have good tolerance to Broda mAb, the most common adverse events including nasopharyngitis, diarrhea, upper respiratory tract infection.
