【摘要】：目的:探討北京地區(qū)住院藥師規(guī)范化培訓基地的師資帶教水平現(xiàn)狀,以為強化教師隊伍建設提供參考。方法:對北京地區(qū)17家住院藥師規(guī)范化培訓基地進行動態(tài)評估,組織評審專家,重點對培訓基地的門診藥房、病房藥房和臨床藥學的師資帶教水平進行現(xiàn)場考核;并設計調查問卷,組織受訓學員對師資帶教水平、時間、態(tài)度及反饋等方面進行評分;再將各基地的帶教相關考核結果作為研究對象,進行分析和總結。結果:17家培訓基地教師的總體帶教水平較高,臨床藥學帶教師資最為突出,得到學員的一致好評,但存在部門差異,病房藥房師資帶教水平略低于臨床藥學和門診藥房;師資帶教水平仍有較大提升空間。結論:提高住院藥師培訓基地的整體師資實力,必須強化住院藥師崗位勝任力的培養(yǎng),鼓勵教師參加培訓班,不斷加強人文素質的培養(yǎng),并豐富教師對學員的考核形式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the present situation of the standard training base for resident pharmacists in Beijing, and to provide a reference for strengthening the construction of teachers. Methods: 17 standardized training bases for pharmacists in Beijing were evaluated dynamically. Organize evaluation experts, focus on the on-site assessment of the teaching level of outpatient pharmacy, ward pharmacy and clinical pharmacy of the training base, and design a questionnaire to organize the trainees to educate the teachers and the time, The attitude and feedback were evaluated, and the results of teaching assessment in each base were analyzed and summarized. The results showed that the teachers in 17 training bases had a higher overall teaching level, and clinical pharmacy teachers had the most outstanding education resources. The teachers' teaching level of ward pharmacy is slightly lower than that of clinical pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy, and there is still great room for improvement of teacher teaching level. Conclusion: improve the overall teacher strength of the hospital pharmacist training base. It is necessary to strengthen the training of inpatient pharmacists' post competence, encourage teachers to participate in training courses, constantly strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality, and enrich the forms of teachers' assessment of students.
