【摘要】:目的:改良維生素E醋酸酯的合成工藝,降低合成的成本,提高操作的便捷性和對環(huán)境的友好度; 方法:以2,3,6-三甲基苯酚為原料,在空氣中氧化成2,3,5-三甲基對苯醌,,氫化還原成2,3,5-三甲基氫醌,其與異植物醇發(fā)生縮合反應(yīng),生成維生素E,再在醋酐作用下得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。 結(jié)果:以廉價(jià)易得的原料和簡化的工藝步驟合成了目標(biāo)化合物,結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)質(zhì)譜和核磁共振譜確證,反應(yīng)收總率為84.5%。 結(jié)論:本工藝具有工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)潛力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the synthesis process of vitamin E acetate, reduce the cost of synthesis, improve the convenience of operation and environmental friendliness. Methods: the product was oxidized in air to form 2o 3N 5- trimethyl p-benzoquinone, and then hydrogenated to form 2o 3 N 5-trimethyl hydroquinone. The product was condensed with iso-phytol to form vitamin E, and then the target product was obtained by acetic anhydride. Results: the target compound was synthesized by cheap and easy to obtain raw material and simplified process. The structure was confirmed by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The total yield of the reaction was 84.5%. Conclusion: this process has the potential of industrial production.
