【摘要】：中國(guó)國(guó)家基本藥物制度是對(duì)基本藥物目錄制定、生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)、采購(gòu)配送、合理使用、價(jià)格管理、支付報(bào)銷、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管、監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)施有效管理的制度。國(guó)家基本醫(yī)藥制度可以改善目前的藥品供應(yīng)保障體系,保障人民群眾的安全用藥。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院是連接縣級(jí)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)和村衛(wèi)生室的重要樞紐,是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生體制改革的重要載體,如何對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院實(shí)施基本藥物的制度關(guān)系到了基層廣大居民的身體健康,應(yīng)該引起我們的重視。
[Abstract]:China's national essential drugs system is concerned with the formulation of essential drugs catalogues, production and supply, procurement and distribution, rational use, price management, payment reimbursement, quality control, Monitoring, evaluation, and other links to implement an effective management system. The national basic medicine system can improve the current drug supply and security system, The township health center is an important hub connecting the county level medical and health institutions and the village health offices, and an important carrier for the reform of the township health system. How to implement the system of essential drugs in township health centers is related to the health of the residents at the grass-roots level, which should be paid more attention to.
