【摘要】：機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)科室的建設(shè)與規(guī)范管理是國家藥物臨床試驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)與質(zhì)控的核心,本文結(jié)合委署大型綜合性三甲醫(yī)院藥物臨床試驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)在長(zhǎng)期以來的機(jī)構(gòu)及專業(yè)建設(shè)過程中的實(shí)踐與探索,分別從基本硬件配備、藥物臨床試驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的組建、專業(yè)制度建設(shè)及培訓(xùn)等方面詳細(xì)闡述了機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)規(guī)范管理的主要內(nèi)容和基本思路。
[Abstract]:The construction and standard management of specialized departments is the core of the construction and quality control of the national drug clinical trial institutions. Combined with the practice and exploration of the drug clinical trial organization in the large comprehensive third Class A Hospital of the Commission for a long time in the course of institutional and professional construction, this article separately from the basic hardware equipment, the establishment of the drug clinical trial team, The main contents and basic ideas of institutional professional standard management are expounded in detail from the aspects of professional system construction and training.
