【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)應(yīng)用胺碘酮致肺毒性的一般規(guī)律與特點(diǎn),為臨床合理使用胺碘酮及避免相關(guān)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生提供參考。方法:檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄的1990-2016年間發(fā)表的胺碘酮致肺毒性相關(guān)個(gè)案報(bào)道文獻(xiàn),對(duì)符合要求的病例進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果:共收集到19篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),涉及20例應(yīng)用胺碘酮致肺毒性的患者。其中,年齡60歲的患者占75.0%,男女比例為3∶1;75.0%的患者肺毒性發(fā)生時(shí)的用藥時(shí)間1個(gè)月;17例患者胺碘酮的口服維持量為200~400mg/d;6例患者死亡,占30.0%。結(jié)論:胺碘酮致肺毒性可能與患者的性別、年齡、用藥時(shí)間、用藥劑量等因素有關(guān),其致死率相對(duì)較高,應(yīng)引起廣大醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的關(guān)注,定期監(jiān)測(cè),以便及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the general rules and characteristics of pulmonary toxicity induced by amiodarone. Methods: to provide reference for the rational use of amiodarone in clinic and to avoid the occurrence of related adverse reactions. Methods: to search CNKI, Chinese Journal of Science and Technology database (VIPI), Wanfang database published case reports of amiodarone induced pulmonary toxicity from 1990 to 2016, and to search for the relevant cases of lung toxicity caused by amiodarone. Results: a total of 19 related literatures were collected, involving 20 patients with pulmonary toxicity induced by amiodarone. The age of 60 years was 75.0%, and the male to female ratio of 3: 1% was 75.0%, and the time of taking amiodarone at the time of lung toxicity was 1 month, and the oral maintenance of amiodarone in 17 patients was 200 ~ 400 mg / d, 6 patients died, 30.00.Conclusion: the lung toxicity caused by amiodarone may be related to the patient's sex, age, and age. The death rate is relatively high, which is related to the time and dosage of medication, which should be paid attention to by medical workers and monitored regularly in order to find out and deal with it in time.
