【摘要】：藥品評價性抽驗是上市后監(jiān)管的重要手段,也是目前大數據戰(zhàn)略的熱點。然而對于每個承檢機構而言,時間緊、任務重已逐步成為常態(tài),因此高效管理已成為必需。作為評價抽驗的組織管理部門之一,中國食品藥品檢定研究院化學藥品檢定所在回顧性研究的基礎上,形成流程化管理模式;通過采取4個基本策略,在高效完成評價抽驗工作的同時,在12個方面取得了突破,因此相關思路也在2015年度中國食品藥品檢定研究院管理創(chuàng)新工作評比中獲獎。本文通過對多年的抽驗材料進行研究,梳理組織管理脈絡,分析實施要點,為提高藥品評價抽驗管理的工作效率提供參考。
[Abstract]:Drug evaluation sampling is an important means of post-market supervision, and also a hot spot of big data's strategy. However, for every inspection organization, time is tight and the task has gradually become the norm. Therefore, efficient management has become a necessity. As one of the organization and management departments for evaluation and sampling inspection, the Chemical Control Institute of the China Food and Drug Control Institute has formed a process management model on the basis of retrospective research. By adopting four basic strategies, a breakthrough has been made in 12 aspects while the evaluation and sampling work has been completed efficiently. Therefore, the relevant ideas were also awarded in the evaluation of the management innovation work of the China Institute for Food and Drug Control in 2015. Through the study of the sampling materials for many years, this paper combs the context of organization management and analyzes the key points of implementation. It provides a reference for improving the efficiency of drug evaluation and sampling management.
