【摘要】:目的:對測定人血清中拉莫三嗪(LTG)濃度的方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。方法:血清樣品經(jīng)甲醇處理后以高效液相色譜(HPLC)法進(jìn)行測定,色譜柱為Hypersil BDS C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流動相為甲醇-KH2PO4(45∶55,V/V),檢測波長為250 nm,流速為1ml/min,柱溫為35℃。結(jié)果:LTG血藥濃度在0.5~30.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 9),日內(nèi)、日間RSD均5%,方法回收率為101.96%~102.74%。結(jié)論:改進(jìn)后的方法簡便、快速、準(zhǔn)確,適合臨床常規(guī)監(jiān)測LTG血藥濃度及LTG的藥動學(xué)研究。
