【摘要】：統(tǒng)計分析人群劃分是數(shù)據(jù)庫鎖定前的一項重要數(shù)據(jù)管理工作,也是影響試驗假設是否成立的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。盲態(tài)下統(tǒng)計分析人群劃分的客觀性是對試驗結(jié)果科學性的保證。所有隨機化后接受過試驗治療的受試者均應進入安全性數(shù)據(jù)集,全分析集應盡可能接近符合意向性分析原則的理想的受試者集,符合方案集的劃分是盲態(tài)審核中主觀性較強、最難以把握的環(huán)節(jié)。客觀的劃分統(tǒng)計分析人群涉及到數(shù)據(jù)的準確性、核查的全面性以及討論的科學性,無一不是對數(shù)據(jù)管理的嚴格要求。確保統(tǒng)計分析人群劃分的客觀性、科學性既是提高數(shù)據(jù)管理質(zhì)量的重要途徑,也是主要目的之一。
[Abstract]:Statistical analysis of crowd division is an important data management work before database locking. It is also a key link in influencing the validity of the test hypothesis. The objectivity of the statistical analysis of crowd division in the blind state is the guarantee of the scientific nature of the results of the experiment. All the subjects who have received the trial treatment after randomization should enter the safety data set. The total analysis set should be as close as possible to the ideal subject set which accords with the principle of intentionality analysis. Objective division of population involves the accuracy of data, the comprehensiveness of verification and the scientific nature of discussion. All of them are strict requirements for data management. Science is not only an important way to improve the quality of data management, but also one of the main purposes.
