【摘要】：目的:探討靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)成品輸液質(zhì)量管理模式。方法:介紹我院PIVAS從計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、檢查、改進(jìn)四個(gè)階段開(kāi)展對(duì)成品輸液的全面質(zhì)量管理的工作內(nèi)容,并評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)施檢查前后的改進(jìn)效果。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:提出了PIVAS成品輸液質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)施要點(diǎn),并從人員管理、藥品管理、文件管理等方面尋求切入點(diǎn),建立較完善的成品輸液質(zhì)量控制體系,將成品輸液配制環(huán)節(jié)分為配制前、配制中、配制后三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,形成三級(jí)檢查體系對(duì)成品輸液進(jìn)行質(zhì)量追蹤并獲取成品輸液質(zhì)量反饋意見(jiàn)。實(shí)施前、實(shí)施后3個(gè)月、實(shí)施后6個(gè)月成品輸液常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題數(shù)量分別為442、211、59例,達(dá)到了持續(xù)改進(jìn)的目標(biāo)。因此,對(duì)成品輸液實(shí)行科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理可以有效提高輸液配制質(zhì)量,保障臨床用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the quality management model of finished product infusion in intravenous Drug Distribution Center (IVAS). Methods: the contents of total quality management of finished product infusion in four stages of planning, implementation, inspection and improvement of PIVAS in our hospital were introduced. Results and conclusions: the key points of PIVAS infusion quality management were put forward, and the breakthrough points were found from the aspects of personnel management, drug management, document management and so on. To establish a perfect quality control system of finished product infusion, the preparation of finished product infusion is divided into three stages: before, during and after preparation. A three-level inspection system was formed to track the quality of finished product infusion and to obtain feedback on the quality of finished product infusion. The number of common problems of finished product infusion before, 3 months after implementation and 6 months after implementation were 442m2115cases, respectively. Therefore, scientific quality management of finished product infusion can effectively improve the quality of infusion preparation and ensure the safety of clinical drug use.
