阿西替尼眼用生物可降解藥膜的制備

【摘要】:目的為延長藥物在眼部的作用時(shí)間、增強(qiáng)治療效果,制備阿西替尼眼用復(fù)合藥膜用于眼表損傷修復(fù)、抗感染及抑制角膜新生血管。方法以阿西替尼為模型藥物,用流延成膜技術(shù)結(jié)合鈣離子交聯(lián)制備載藥復(fù)合膜,用高效液相色譜(HPLC)法測定藥物含量,考察復(fù)合藥膜體外藥物釋放。結(jié)果復(fù)合藥膜呈透明狀,厚度為(85±11)μm,直徑200μm阿西替尼載藥膜片載藥量為每片(6.5±0.8)μg,溶解性好,角膜組織相容性良好。結(jié)論經(jīng)初步工藝優(yōu)化,成功制備阿西替尼眼用復(fù)合藥膜。復(fù)合藥膜具有藥物緩釋功能,大大增加藥物在眼組織中停留時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to prolong the time of action of the drug in the eyes and enhance the therapeutic effect, Acitini ophthalmic compound film was prepared for the repair of ocular surface injury, anti-infection and inhibition of corneal neovascularization. Methods Acitini was used as the model drug. The drug carrying composite membrane was prepared by casting film technique combined with calcium ion crosslinking. The drug content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the drug release in vitro was investigated. The thickness is 85 鹵11 渭 m, the diameter of 200 渭 m apetinib loaded membrane is 6.5 鹵0.8 渭 g per tablet, the solubility is good and the corneal histocompatibility is good. Significantly increase the duration of the drug in the eye tissue.
