【摘要】：目的:探究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心的應(yīng)用效果。方法:我院靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心于2017年1月起進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制,組織工作人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),在此前后一年工作人員未發(fā)生變化,對(duì)比前后半年差錯(cuò)率。結(jié)果:在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施實(shí)施后,靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心差錯(cuò)率為0.004%,遠(yuǎn)低于實(shí)施前的0.018%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,能夠有效降低藥物配制差錯(cuò)率,因此值得在臨床實(shí)踐中采納應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application effect of risk management in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods: from January 2017, our hospital intravenous drug allocation center carried out risk management, established risk management mechanism, and organized staff training. There was no change in staff before and after one year. Results: after the implementation of risk management measures, the error rate of half a year was compared. The error rate of intravenous drug dispensing center was 0.004, which was much lower than that before implementation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: risk management in intravenous drug dispensing center can effectively reduce the error rate of drug preparation. Therefore, it is worth adopting in clinical practice.
