【摘要】：以廣州市為研究對(duì)象,分析低價(jià)藥品政策對(duì)低價(jià)藥品費(fèi)用的影響,探究低價(jià)藥品對(duì)非低價(jià)藥品的替代作用。結(jié)果顯示:低價(jià)藥品政策實(shí)施后,低價(jià)藥品費(fèi)用占藥品費(fèi)用總額的比例較低,且低價(jià)藥品對(duì)非低價(jià)藥品的替代效應(yīng)不強(qiáng)�？梢�,低價(jià)藥品政策對(duì)控制藥品費(fèi)用的效果不夠明顯。因此,建議政府加大對(duì)低價(jià)藥品政策的執(zhí)行力度,鼓勵(lì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)使用低價(jià)藥品,強(qiáng)化低價(jià)藥品對(duì)非低價(jià)藥品的替代作用,以控制醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的快速增長。
[Abstract]:Taking Guangzhou as the research object, this paper analyzes the influence of the low price drug policy on the low price drug cost, and probes into the substitution effect of the low price medicine on the non low price drug. The results show that: after the implementation of the low price drug policy, The ratio of low price drug cost to total drug cost is low, and the substitution effect of low price drug to non low price drug is not strong. It can be seen that the effect of low price drug policy on controlling drug cost is not obvious. It is suggested that the government should strengthen the enforcement of the low price drug policy, encourage medical institutions to use low price drugs, and strengthen the substitution of low price drugs for non low price drugs, so as to control the rapid growth of medical expenses.
