聚類分析方法在建立自動(dòng)化藥房快速配藥區(qū)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:優(yōu)化自動(dòng)化藥房機(jī)外品種的儲(chǔ)位,建立快速配藥區(qū),縮短藥品的調(diào)配時(shí)間。方法:調(diào)取我院門診藥房某一周12 588張?zhí)幏叫畔?運(yùn)用聚類分析方法,對(duì)使用頻率較高的29種機(jī)外藥品根據(jù)Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)進(jìn)行聚類。將使用頻率較高的機(jī)外品種的儲(chǔ)位安排在距離發(fā)藥窗口近的地方,與其具有關(guān)聯(lián)性的品種存放在其臨近的儲(chǔ)位上,由此建立快速配藥區(qū)。通過對(duì)比建立快速配藥區(qū)前后各1周的藥師配藥時(shí)間評(píng)價(jià)該方法應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果:29種機(jī)外藥品聚為4個(gè)大類,分別存放在快速配藥區(qū)的4個(gè)貨位上,并建立貨位碼。建立快速配藥區(qū)后,藥師的單張?zhí)幏狡骄渌帟r(shí)間縮短了約9 s(40.43 s vs.31.43 s,P0.01)。結(jié)論:基于聚類分析方法的藥品快速配藥區(qū)的建立,提高了我院門診藥房的配藥效率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the storage of varieties outside the automatic pharmacy, to establish a quick dispensing area and to shorten the time of drug dispensing. Methods: 12 588 prescriptions were collected from outpatient pharmacy of our hospital one week, and cluster analysis was used. According to the correlation coefficient of Pearson, 29 drugs with high frequency were clustered. The storage of the varieties with higher frequency was arranged near the distribution window, and the related varieties were stored in the nearby storage area. From this, the rapid dispensing area was established. The pharmacist's dispensing time before and after the establishment of the rapid dispensing area was compared to evaluate the application effect of this method. Results: 29 kinds of out-of-machine drugs were grouped into 4 categories and stored in 4 locations in the rapid dispensing area, respectively. After the establishment of the fast dispensing area, the average dispensing time of the pharmacist's single prescription was shortened by 40.43 s vs.31.43 P0.010.Conclusion: the establishment of the fast drug dispensing area based on cluster analysis improved the dispensing efficiency of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital.
