【摘要】:正考察了聚乙二醇(PEG)/甘油酯在研發(fā)納米結(jié)構(gòu)脂質(zhì)載體(NLCs)中的適用性。采用具有不同親水親油平衡(HLB)值的PEG/甘油酯(Labrafil M 1944 CS和Labrasol)以及不含PEG的甘油酯(Labrafac lipophile)為載體,制備辛伐他汀(SV)的NLCs,并考察其對(duì)MCF-7乳腺癌細(xì)胞潛在的抗腫瘤作用。
[Abstract]:The applicability of polyethylene glycol (PEGN) / glycerol ester in the development of nanostructured lipid carrier (NLCs) was investigated. The PEG/ glycerides with different hydrophilic and lipophile values were used as carriers, the Labrafil M1944 CS and Labrasol) and the PEG free lipophile. The NLCs of simvastatin (SVV) were prepared and their potential antitumor effects on MCF-7 breast cancer cells were investigated.
