【摘要】：本文圍繞重組糖蛋白激素的生物效價(jià)定義與來源,從糖基化修飾與生物活性之間重要關(guān)系為切入點(diǎn),闡釋建立糖基化分析方法和判斷指標(biāo)(如Z值)對(duì)于該類產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制的重要性和可行性,對(duì)糖基化的一致性、糖譜(Z值)、蛋白含量等理化指標(biāo)與生物效價(jià)的密切關(guān)系進(jìn)行回顧解析,為今后此類生物類似藥的研發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)提出意見和建議。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the definition and source of bioactivity of recombinant glycoprotein hormones, starting with the important relationship between glycosylation modification and biological activity. The importance and feasibility of establishing glycosylation analysis method and judging index (such as Z value) for the quality control of this kind of products and the consistency of glycosylation are explained. The close relationship between the physical and chemical indexes, such as Z value of sugar spectrum, protein content and biological titer, was reviewed and analyzed, and suggestions and suggestions were put forward for the evaluation of the research and development of this kind of biological analogous drugs in the future.
