【摘要】:由生物可降解的聚合物為載體的納米藥物(例如脂質(zhì)體、微球和微囊)可能有較好的藥動學(xué)和藥效學(xué)性質(zhì)。如果生物可降解聚合物能攜帶藥物穿越生物屏障,顯示疾病部位靶向性,生物可降解的聚合物為載體的納米藥物既可監(jiān)測藥物實時分布,又可幫助理解疾病發(fā)病和病理。特別在藥物化學(xué)領(lǐng)域,生物可降解聚合物受到許多研究者關(guān)注。本文重點綜述了生物可降解聚合物的納米藥物的組裝過程、形貌和特征。為了幫助相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的讀者理解生物可降解聚合物的組裝過程和納米體系的形貌,本文提供了29幅圖。這些圖使生物可降解聚合物的納米體系的特征可視化。
[Abstract]:Nanopharmaceuticals supported by biodegradable polymers (such as liposomes, microspheres and microcapsules) may have better pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. Nanopharmaceuticals, which demonstrate the targeting of disease sites and biodegradable polymers as carriers, can both monitor the real-time distribution of drugs and help to understand the pathogenesis and pathology of diseases, especially in the field of pharmacochemistry, Biodegradable polymers have attracted many researchers' attention. In this paper, the assembly process of biodegradable polymer nanopharmaceuticals is reviewed. In order to help readers in the field to understand the assembly process of biodegradable polymers and the morphology of nanosystems, 29 images are provided to visualize the characteristics of biodegradable polymer nanosystems.
