【摘要】：目的:建立高效液相色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定速克感冒膠囊中綠原酸、馬來(lái)酸氯苯那敏、乙酰水楊酸、蒙花苷和次野鳶尾黃素。方法:采用Venusil XBP C_(18)色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.5%磷酸溶液(B)為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)327 nm(綠原酸)、260 nm(氯苯那敏)、276 nm(乙酰水楊酸)、334 nm(蒙花苷)和266 nm(次野鳶尾黃素)。結(jié)果:5種待測(cè)成分分離度良好,陰性無(wú)干擾;綠原酸、馬來(lái)酸氯苯那敏、乙酰水楊酸、蒙花苷和次野鳶尾黃素進(jìn)樣量分別在0.078~0.388μg(r=0.999 9)、0.196~0.978μg(r=0.999 7)、4.066~20.332μg(r=0.999 9)、0.165~0.825μg(r=0.999 9)和0.048~0.238μg(r=0.999 0)范圍內(nèi)線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好;平均回收率分別為96.8%、101.2%、96.8%、100.0%和101.3%,RSD分別為1.8%、2.4%、1.1%、1.9%和3.9%。3批樣品中綠原酸、馬來(lái)酸氯苯那敏、乙酰水楊酸、蒙花苷和次野鳶尾黃素的平均含量分別為0.88~1.00、2.05~2.20、110.02~116.00、2.18~2.45和0.06~0.10 mg·粒~(-1)。結(jié)論:該方法可作為評(píng)價(jià)和監(jiān)控速克感冒膠囊質(zhì)量的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Lv Yuan, chlorphenamine maleate and acetylsalicylic acid in Sukegan capsules. Methods: the chromatographic column of Venusil XBP C _ (18) was used as a column of 4.6 mm 脳 250 mm ~ (5 渭 m) with acetonitrile (An) -0.5% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase and gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1). The detection wavelength was 327 nm (chlorphenicylate) 260 nm (chlorphenicylate) 276 nm (anthocyanin) and 266 nm (irisin). Results the separation of five components to be determined was good, negative and undisturbed, Lv Yuan acid, chlorphenamine maleate, and chlorphenamine maleate, respectively. Conclusion: this method can be used to evaluate and monitor the quality of Suoke Ganmao capsules.
