【摘要】：在衛(wèi)生改革與發(fā)展理論框架下,運(yùn)用衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)診斷樹方法,探究我國藥品質(zhì)量低下的根源,發(fā)現(xiàn)藥品整體質(zhì)量低下與組織、規(guī)制和行為3個(gè)控制閥門有關(guān),對此提出完善建議,以提高我國藥品質(zhì)量、減少不合格藥品的數(shù)量、促使我國制藥行業(yè)良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the framework of the theory of health reform and development, using the diagnostic tree method of health system, this paper explores the root causes of the low quality of drugs in China, and finds out that the overall quality of drugs is related to the organization, regulation and behavior of three control valves, and puts forward some suggestions to improve it. In order to improve the quality of drugs in China, reduce the quantity of unqualified drugs, promote the healthy development of pharmaceutical industry in China.
