蛇毒在細(xì)胞凋亡線粒體途徑中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:本文簡(jiǎn)述了細(xì)胞凋亡過(guò)程中線粒體途徑細(xì)胞色素C釋放的機(jī)制,回顧了近年蛇毒對(duì)不同腫瘤的作用效果的研究,并歸納了蛇毒抗腫瘤機(jī)制線粒體途徑的研究。細(xì)胞凋亡(apoptosis)是由基因調(diào)控的,響應(yīng)于死亡信號(hào),發(fā)生在所有細(xì)胞的生理和病理過(guò)程,為細(xì)胞編程死亡(Programmed cell death,PCD)的方式。細(xì)胞凋亡影響著機(jī)體疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展,凋亡細(xì)胞自身發(fā)生收縮和凝結(jié),細(xì)胞骨架崩潰,核膜拆卸,和核DNA分解成片段。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)線粒體是細(xì)胞凋亡過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵細(xì)胞器之一。多種刺激因子均可引起線粒體的功能障礙。較多數(shù)據(jù)顯示細(xì)胞色素C(Cytochrome C,Cyt-C)釋放是線粒體途徑的關(guān)鍵步驟。蛇毒作為天然藥用資源有著許多藥用價(jià)值,不少研究指出蛇毒可以誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡且其作用機(jī)制可能與線粒體途徑有關(guān),而線粒體途徑的關(guān)鍵作用步驟是影響細(xì)胞色素C(Cyt-C)的釋放。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mechanism of cytochrome C release via mitochondrial pathway during apoptosis was reviewed, and the effects of snake venom on different tumors were reviewed. Apoptosis is regulated by genes and occurs in the physiological and pathological processes of all cells in response to death signals. Apoptosis affects the occurrence and development of body diseases, the contraction and condensation of apoptotic cells themselves, the collapse of cytoskeleton, the dismantling of nuclear membranes. It was found that mitochondria are one of the key organelles in the process of cell apoptosis. Many stimulators can cause mitochondrial dysfunction. More data show that cytochrome cytochrome C (Cyt-C) release is a kind of mitochondria. As a natural medicinal resource, snake venom has a lot of medicinal value. Many studies have shown that snake venom can induce apoptosis and its mechanism may be related to mitochondrial pathway, and the key step of mitochondrial pathway is to influence the release of cytochrome Con Cyt-C.
