【摘要】:目的:探討靜脈用藥集中調配中心(PIVAS)壓差管理的意義與作用,提出對壓差管理的意見和建議。方法:通過醫(yī)院PIVAS建設及運行過程中對壓差的管理與實踐,對照規(guī)范及相關文獻,提出PIVAS壓差管理的關鍵點、適宜壓差范圍及監(jiān)測方式。結果:粗、中、高效過濾器應進行必要的阻力壓差監(jiān)測;對潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間靜壓差進行監(jiān)測的同時,還應監(jiān)測各房間相對大氣壓的靜壓差;在設定壓差監(jiān)測時,潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間的靜壓差≥5 Pa,各房間相對非潔凈區(qū)靜壓差≥10 Pa,上限以不產生哨音或影響開門即可。結論:PIVAS為達到符合規(guī)定的潔凈度及職業(yè)防護,應加強對不同區(qū)域與設備的壓差監(jiān)測和管理;同時,建議在新制定的國家標準中設定相應的壓差標準,保證凈化系統(tǒng)的有效運行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the significance and function of pressure difference management in intravenous drug concentration distribution center (PIVASA), and put forward some suggestions and suggestions on pressure difference management. Methods: through the management and practice of pressure difference in hospital PIVAS construction and operation, the standard and related literature were compared. The key points of PIVAS pressure difference management, suitable range of pressure difference and monitoring method are put forward.
