【摘要】：目的:探討靜脈用藥集中調配中心(PIVAS)壓差管理的意義與作用,提出對壓差管理的意見和建議。方法:通過醫(yī)院PIVAS建設及運行過程中對壓差的管理與實踐,對照規(guī)范及相關文獻,提出PIVAS壓差管理的關鍵點、適宜壓差范圍及監(jiān)測方式。結果:粗、中、高效過濾器應進行必要的阻力壓差監(jiān)測;對潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間靜壓差進行監(jiān)測的同時,還應監(jiān)測各房間相對大氣壓的靜壓差;在設定壓差監(jiān)測時,潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間的靜壓差≥5 Pa,各房間相對非潔凈區(qū)靜壓差≥10 Pa,上限以不產生哨音或影響開門即可。結論:PIVAS為達到符合規(guī)定的潔凈度及職業(yè)防護,應加強對不同區(qū)域與設備的壓差監(jiān)測和管理;同時,建議在新制定的國家標準中設定相應的壓差標準,保證凈化系統(tǒng)的有效運行。
