【摘要】：細(xì)胞周期蛋白依賴(lài)性激酶9(CDK9)是細(xì)胞周期蛋白依賴(lài)性激酶家族中的一員。與其他CDKs不同,CDK9主要在轉(zhuǎn)錄延伸的調(diào)控中發(fā)揮作用,而不影響細(xì)胞周期過(guò)程。目前已有多種CDK9抑制劑進(jìn)入了臨床研究。本文介紹了CDK9的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和作用機(jī)制,比較了CDK9與其他CDKs的蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)差異,綜述了CDK9非選擇性抑制劑和選擇性抑制劑的構(gòu)效關(guān)系及研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Cyclin dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) is a member of the cyclin dependent kinase family. Unlike other CDKs, CDK9 plays a major role in the regulation of transcriptional extension. At present, many kinds of CDK9 inhibitors have entered the clinical research. This article introduces the structural characteristics and mechanism of CDK9, and compares the protein structure difference between CDK9 and other CDKs. The structure-activity relationship and research progress of CDK9 non-selective inhibitors and selective inhibitors are reviewed.
