【摘要】：目的:改進藥庫管理模式,為醫(yī)院管理改革提供借鑒。方法:從人員數(shù)量、配送及時性、出入庫的準確率等方面介紹我院藥庫外置模式運行3個月的管理情況,并總結出實施外置庫管理、保證臨床藥品供應的有效、可行的方案。結果:通過確定藥庫外置的藥品種類、管理級別、醫(yī)院和醫(yī)藥商業(yè)公司相關人員的工作職責、信息平臺和配送管理等細則,我院藥庫外置工作基本完成。與運行前比較,該模式運行后有效降低了醫(yī)院對庫房人力、物力資源的投入,庫房管理人員由原來的4人減少到3人;且采購藥品均能在指定時間內完成配送。結論:在醫(yī)院管理面臨不斷改革的形勢下,可考慮藥庫外置的管理模式,以降低醫(yī)院的管理成本、擴大企業(yè)經(jīng)營規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the medicine storehouse management mode and provide reference for the hospital management reform. Methods: the management of the external medicine storehouse in our hospital for 3 months was introduced from the aspects of the number of personnel, the timeliness of distribution and the accuracy of entering and leaving the medicine storehouse in our hospital. The effective and feasible scheme of clinical drug supply is summarized. Results: by determining the kinds of drugs, the management level, the duties and responsibilities of the related personnel of the hospital and the pharmaceutical commercial company, we can find out how to implement the management of the external storehouse, and to ensure the effective and feasible plan of the clinical drug supply. Detailed rules such as information platform and distribution management have been basically completed in our hospital. Compared with before operation, this mode has effectively reduced the hospital's input of manpower and material resources to the warehouse. The number of storeroom managers was reduced from 4 to 3, and the drugs could be distributed within a specified time. Conclusion: under the situation that the hospital management is under the situation of continuous reform, we can consider the external management mode of the medicine storehouse. In order to reduce the cost of hospital management, expand the scale of business.
