【摘要】：正本刊訊為適應科學用藥需要,保障公眾用藥安全,經研究,決定對普伐他汀鈉片和膠囊說明書【注意事項】項下的相關內容進行修訂,具體修訂增加如下內容:有報道顯示,其他羥甲基戊二酰輔酶A(HMG-Co A)還原酶抑制劑的使用與糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)和空腹血清葡萄糖水平升高相關。尚缺乏充分證據(jù)證明任何HMG-Co A還原酶抑制劑都不會增加易感人群的新發(fā)糖尿病風險。對于有風險的患者,使用他汀類藥物治療前以及過程中,建議監(jiān)測血糖代
