【摘要】：正本刊訊為適應(yīng)科學(xué)用藥需要,保障公眾用藥安全,經(jīng)研究,決定對(duì)普伐他汀鈉片和膠囊說(shuō)明書(shū)【注意事項(xiàng)】項(xiàng)下的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行修訂,具體修訂增加如下內(nèi)容:有報(bào)道顯示,其他羥甲基戊二酰輔酶A(HMG-Co A)還原酶抑制劑的使用與糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)和空腹血清葡萄糖水平升高相關(guān)。尚缺乏充分證據(jù)證明任何HMG-Co A還原酶抑制劑都不會(huì)增加易感人群的新發(fā)糖尿病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)于有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的患者,使用他汀類(lèi)藥物治療前以及過(guò)程中,建議監(jiān)測(cè)血糖代
