【摘要】：目的調(diào)查我院門診米非司酮與米索前列醇聯(lián)合使用用于終止早孕的使用情況,為現(xiàn)在基本國情下我們地區(qū)民眾對計劃生育的實行情況做參考。方法將我院門診2013~2015年使用的米非司酮和米索前列醇兩者的用量、銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費用(DDC)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果我院門診2013~2015年使用的終止早孕妊娠藥品有3個品種,其中米非司酮有兩種規(guī)格。2013~2015年藥品銷售總金額分別為43619.50元、53434.75元、30061.11元(因2015年藥品零差價和引進了另外一種價格更便宜的米非司酮片,導致總金額下降),但使用量和使用頻率還是逐年遞增的。結(jié)論我院門診使用的終止早孕妊娠的藥物結(jié)構(gòu)合理,較合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the combined use of mifepristone and misoprostol in outpatient clinic for termination of early pregnancy. It is a reference for the people in our region to carry out family planning under the present basic national conditions. Methods the amount of mifepristone and misoprostol used in our outpatient clinic from 2013 to 2015, and the sales amount, Results there were three kinds of drugs used in our outpatient clinic from 2013 to 2015 to terminate pregnancy. Of these, Mifepristone has two specifications. From 2013 to 2015, the total amount of drug sales is 43619.50 yuan or 53434.75 yuan or 30061.11 yuan (because of the zero difference in price of medicine in 2015 and the introduction of another cheaper Mifepristone tablet. The total amount of money was decreased, but the usage and frequency of the drugs were increasing year by year. Conclusion the structure of the drugs used in outpatient clinic for termination of early pregnancy is reasonable, and the use of drugs is more reasonable.
