明膠空心膠囊中7種元素含量測定方法的建立與應用

【摘要】:目的:為明膠空心膠囊質(zhì)量的提高提供參考。方法:采用原子熒光光度法測定明膠空心膠囊中汞、砷的含量,石墨爐原子吸收法測定鉻、鉛和鎘的含量,火焰原子吸收法測定銅和鋅的含量,并對48批市售明膠空心膠囊的7種元素含量進行測定。結(jié)果:各元素在各自的檢測質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)(鉻、鉛、鎘、砷、汞分別為0~10、0~20、0~1.5、0~10、0~1.0μg/L,銅、鋅均為0~1.8 mg/L)線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.996 9);鉻、鉛、鎘、銅、鋅、汞、砷檢測限分別為0.065、0.007、0.011、0.004、0.010、0.108、0.004μg/L;精密度試驗的RSD均不大于2.5%(n=6);重復性試驗的RSD均不大于7.5%(n=6);平均加樣回收率在88.6%~109.5%之間,RSD均不大于6.7%(n=6)。48批市售樣品中7種元素含量均符合2015年版《中國藥典》(四部)及其他國家或組織藥典或標準中的相關(guān)規(guī)定。結(jié)論:本方法靈敏度與精密度高、結(jié)果準確可靠,可用于明膠空心膠囊中鉻、鉛、鎘、銅、鋅、汞、砷7種元素的含量測定;不同廠家生產(chǎn)的48批明膠空心膠囊質(zhì)量情況較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for improving the quality of gelatin hollow capsules. Methods: the content of mercury and arsenic in gelatin hollow capsules was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the content of chromium, lead and cadmium in gelatin hollow capsules was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of copper and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and the contents of 7 elements in 48 batches of commercial gelatin hollow capsules were determined.
