【摘要】：目的利用HPLC法同時(shí)測(cè)定左乙拉西坦中工藝雜質(zhì)、降解雜質(zhì)及中間體。方法采用Kromasil 100-5 C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.1%三乙胺水溶液(用磷酸調(diào)節(jié)p H值至5.5)-乙腈(體積比為9∶1)為流動(dòng)相,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為205 nm,流速為1.0 m L·min-1,柱溫為35℃。結(jié)果 8個(gè)雜質(zhì)在考察的質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)與峰面積之間呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r≥0.999 9);檢測(cè)限均在7~240μg·L-1內(nèi);平均回收率均在99.2%~107.3%內(nèi),RSD均小于3.0%(n=9)。結(jié)論本方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、專屬性強(qiáng)、靈敏度高,可用于左乙拉西坦的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the technological impurity in levoethylacetam by HPLC. Degradation of impurities and intermediates.
