【摘要】：采用不同的酸、堿條件對阿卡波糖進行降解反應,可得到其雜質A和D,不同酸堿濃度、溫度和降解時間等條件對兩種雜質的生成量有較大的影響.結果顯示在30℃和0.5moL/L的NaOH溶液中降解3h雜質A組分產量較高;在25℃和12moL/L的HCl溶液中降解1h雜質D組分產量較高.降解實驗得到的粗品雜質A和D經制備液相色譜進一步分離富集,分別得到高純度的兩種雜質,并采用高分辨質譜對其進行了結構確認.實驗對于提高阿卡波糖產品質量標準具有重要意義.
