【摘要】：藥品短缺嚴重威脅到公眾健康和社會穩(wěn)定。管理策略是明確藥品短缺概念,收集信息,評估短缺特征,從成因入手,采取相應的監(jiān)管行動。監(jiān)管行動涉及平臺搭建、信息共享、明確多方責任,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)作。本文借鑒美國食品與藥品管理局(FDA)經(jīng)驗,探討藥品短缺成因,從藥品監(jiān)管角度探索我國藥品短缺問題處置策略。
[Abstract]:Drug shortage is a serious threat to public health and social stability. The management strategy is to clear the concept of drug shortage, collect information, assess the characteristics of shortage, start with the causes, take corresponding regulatory actions. Based on the experience of the Food and Drug Administration of the United States, this paper discusses the causes of drug shortage, and probes into the strategy of dealing with the problem of drug shortage in China from the perspective of drug supervision.
