【摘要】：瑞利珠單抗是一種人源化單克隆抗體,為白細(xì)胞介素5(IL-5)拮抗劑,作為附加療法,用于年齡≥18歲嗜酸粒細(xì)胞型嚴(yán)重哮喘患者的維持治療,可減少哮喘控制不佳患者的哮喘發(fā)作次數(shù),改善肺功能、臨床癥狀及生活質(zhì)量。瑞利珠單抗于2016年3月23日由美國(guó)食品和藥物管理局批準(zhǔn)上市,僅供靜脈滴注,推薦劑量為3 mg·kg~(-1),每4周1次。瑞利珠單抗耐受性良好,最常見的不良反應(yīng)包括哮喘癥狀惡化、頭痛、鼻竇炎、上呼吸道感染和疲勞等。
[Abstract]:Rilidzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody (IL-5) antagonist for the maintenance of severe eosinophil asthma aged more than 18 years as an additional therapy. It can reduce the number of asthma attacks, improve lung function, clinical symptoms and quality of life in asthmatic patients. Rilizumab was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in March 23rd 2016 for intravenous drip only. The recommended dose is 3 mg 路kg ~ (-1), once every 4 weeks. The most common adverse reactions include worsening of asthma symptoms, headache, sinusitis, upper respiratory tract infection and fatigue.
