【摘要】：目的建立HPLC手性固定相法檢查左旋奧硝唑(S-奧硝唑)中對映異構(gòu)體雜質(zhì)(R-奧硝唑)。方法用Chiralpak IC為手性固定相,正己烷-異丙醇(體積比為85∶15)為流動相,流速為1.0mL·min-1,柱溫為27℃,檢測波長為310 nm。結(jié)果R-奧硝唑在質(zhì)量濃度為0.10~0.35mg·L-1內(nèi)線性良好(r=0.999 3),方法回收率為95.9%~102.9%(RSD=2.5,n=9)。結(jié)論建立的方法可用于左旋奧硝唑中R-異構(gòu)體雜質(zhì)的檢查。
