【摘要】：通過文獻(xiàn)研究,歸納、總結(jié)我國目前地市級藥品自主采購的類型以及典型地區(qū)的特色采購模式,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國地市級藥品自主采購模式大致分為聯(lián)合帶量采購、聯(lián)合采購、帶量采購以及醫(yī)保采購。雖然采購方式不盡相同,但聯(lián)合采購和"二次議價(jià)"已成為各地市自主采購的主流。
[Abstract]:Through literature research, this paper summarizes the types of autonomous procurement of drugs at the prefectural level in China and the characteristic purchasing models in typical areas. It is found that the autonomous procurement mode of drugs at the prefecture-level level in China is roughly divided into joint purchasing with volume and joint procurement. Although the purchasing methods are not the same, joint purchasing and "second bargaining" have become the mainstream of autonomous purchasing in various cities and cities.
