【摘要】：玫瑰樹堿(ellipticine)是一種來源于天然產(chǎn)物的細(xì)胞毒生物堿,具有抗腫瘤作用和抗艾滋病毒活性。自1959年首次被分離后,眾多合成化學(xué)家設(shè)計并完成了玫瑰樹堿的全合成路線。本文根據(jù)起始原料的不同對玫瑰樹堿及衍生物的合成方法進(jìn)行了綜述,同時探討了該類化合物的抗腫瘤活性作用機(jī)制,還對玫瑰樹堿的抗腫瘤的構(gòu)效關(guān)系進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Roseine is a cytotoxic alkaloid derived from natural products with anti-tumor and anti-HIV activities. It has been isolated since 1959. Many synthetic chemists have designed and completed the total synthesis route of rose tree alkaloids. In this paper, the synthetic methods of rose tree alkaloids and their derivatives are reviewed according to the different starting materials. At the same time, the mechanism of antitumor activity of this kind of compounds was discussed, and the structure-activity relationship of Rosa alkaloids was summarized.
