【摘要】：目的:為參麥注射液的臨床合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法:采用回顧性研究的方法,提取該院信息系統(tǒng)中2012年使用參麥注射液患者的信息,整理出適應(yīng)證、用藥頻次、劑量、溶劑選擇、配伍用藥、療程、不良反應(yīng)等資料,分析參麥注射液臨床應(yīng)用的合理性、安全性。結(jié)果:共提取出3 308例患者信息。使用參麥注射液的患者平均年齡為60.83歲;有適應(yīng)證用藥率為95.80%;溶劑選擇符合率為77.09%;配伍使用符合率為93.95%;超劑量使用1例、不良反應(yīng)15例。結(jié)論:該院參麥注射液的應(yīng)用存在與藥品說明書規(guī)定的適應(yīng)證、用法用量、溶劑選擇、配伍使用不符現(xiàn)象,需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)用藥管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the rational clinical application of Shenmai injection. Methods: retrospective study was used to extract the information of patients with Shenmai injection in 2012 in the information system of our hospital and to sort out the indications. The rational clinical application of Shenmai injection was analyzed in terms of frequency, dosage, solvent selection, compatibility, course of treatment, adverse reactions and so on. Results: the information of 3 308 patients was extracted. The average age of the patients treated with Shenmai injection was 60.83 years old. The rate of indication was 95.80; The coincidence rate of solvent selection was 77.09; The coincidence rate of compatibility was 93.95%; Conclusion: the application of Shenmai injection in our hospital is inconsistent with the indications, usage dosage, solvent selection and compatibility. The administration of drug use should be further strengthened.
