呋喃二烯納米乳凍干工藝的研究

【摘要】:目的:研制呋喃二烯凍干納米乳劑,提高呋喃二烯納米乳的穩(wěn)定性。方法:采用冷凍干燥法將呋喃二烯納米乳冷凍,以凍干乳的外觀、復(fù)溶情況和粒徑等為考察指標(biāo)優(yōu)化呋喃二烯納米乳凍干保護(hù)劑和凍干工藝。結(jié)果:采用10%的蔗糖作為凍干保護(hù)劑所研制的呋喃二烯凍干納米乳凍干復(fù)溶后粒徑為(166.3±7.9)nm,多分散系數(shù)(polydispersity index,PDI)為0.163;而呋喃二烯納米乳凍干前平均粒徑為(164.9±3.3)nm,多分散系數(shù)(PDI)為0.157。并且凍干乳外觀雪白、平滑、飽滿,復(fù)溶速度快,20℃放置粒徑及主藥含量穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論:該工藝制備的呋喃二烯凍干納米乳穩(wěn)定性明顯優(yōu)于其乳劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare freeze-dried nano-furan diene emulsion and improve the stability of furandiene nano-emulsion. Methods: the freeze-drying method was used to freeze furandiene nano-emulsion and the appearance of freeze-dried milk was obtained. The resolubility and particle size were investigated to optimize the freeze-drying protectant and freeze-drying process of furandiene nano-emulsion. Using 10% sucrose as freeze-drying protectant, the size of freeze-dried nano-emulsion prepared by freeze-drying (. 166.3 鹵7.9 nm. The polydispersity index PDI was 0.163; The average particle size of furandiene nanoemulsion before freeze-drying was 164.9 鹵3.3nmand the polydispersity coefficient (PDI) was 0.157.The freeze-dried milk was white, smooth, full and quick to redissolve.
