【摘要】：正2007年美國(guó)國(guó)家研究咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)(NRC)發(fā)表了《21世紀(jì)的毒性測(cè)試:展望和策略》的報(bào)告。該報(bào)告指出毒性測(cè)試策略轉(zhuǎn)變需要實(shí)現(xiàn)如下目標(biāo):(1)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)化學(xué)品、化學(xué)混合物、不同結(jié)局和生命階段的廣泛覆蓋;(2)減少毒性測(cè)試所需的費(fèi)用和時(shí)間;(3)發(fā)展用于評(píng)定環(huán)境因子健康效應(yīng)的更為可靠的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ);(4)將測(cè)試中的動(dòng)物使用數(shù)量降到最低。報(bào)告重點(diǎn)提出了毒性測(cè)試和危險(xiǎn)性分析的總體框架,毒性測(cè)試方
[Abstract]:On 2007, the National Research Advisory Council of the United States published a report entitled toxicity testing of 21th century: prospects and Strategies.
