【摘要】：正《中華人民共和國(guó)藥品管理法》和《中華人民共和國(guó)專(zhuān)利法》自1985年開(kāi)始實(shí)施,至今已經(jīng)迎來(lái)30周年。30年來(lái),醫(yī)藥科技繁榮發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力穩(wěn)步提高,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)對(duì)醫(yī)藥科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支撐作用日益凸顯。為了進(jìn)一步貫徹實(shí)施國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,運(yùn)用知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)支撐經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài),加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè),值此《藥品管理
[Abstract]:The patent laws of the People ' s Republic of China and the Patent Law of the People ' s Republic of China have been implemented since 1985 . Since 1985 , the development of medical science and technology has steadily improved , and the supporting role of intellectual property rights on the innovation of medical science and technology and the development of industrial economy has become increasingly prominent . In order to further carry out the national intellectual property strategy and innovation drive development strategy , use intellectual property to support the new normal state of the economic development , strengthen the construction of the powerful country of intellectual property .
