【摘要】：登革熱是由埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊傳播的一種重要蟲媒病毒引起的疾病。登革病毒感染能夠引起登革熱、登革出血熱和登革休克綜合征等多種癥狀。迄今為止尚無(wú)抗登革病毒藥物上市。研發(fā)中的藥物按照作用機(jī)制可分為抗登革病毒的復(fù)制周期抑制劑和對(duì)抗宿主的宿主因子抑制劑兩大類。依據(jù)作用靶點(diǎn)不同,前者又進(jìn)一步分為登革病毒進(jìn)入抑制劑、衣殼蛋白抑制劑、NS3蛋白抑制劑、NS5蛋白抑制劑、NS4B蛋白抑制劑;后者分為細(xì)胞受體抑制劑、脂類合成及代謝途徑抑制劑、葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑。目前抗登革病毒的藥物研發(fā)仍面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn),研發(fā)作用于登革病毒4種血清型的有效藥物具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,必將為登革熱的防治帶來(lái)新希望。
[Abstract]:Dengue fever is a major insect-borne virus transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. Dengue virus infection can cause dengue fever. Dengue haemorrhagic fever, dengue shock syndrome and other symptoms. So far, there are no antidengue drugs on the market. According to the mechanism of the drug development can be divided into anti-dengue virus replication cycle inhibitor and against the host. There are two kinds of main factor inhibitors. The former was further divided into dengue virus entry inhibitor, capsid protein inhibitor, NS3 protein inhibitor, NS5 protein inhibitor and NS4B protein inhibitor. The latter is divided into cell receptor inhibitors, lipid synthesis and metabolic pathway inhibitors, glucosidase inhibitors. The development of effective drugs acting on four serotypes of Dengur virus has a broad application prospect and will bring new hope for the prevention and treatment of dengue fever.
