【摘要】：正比伐盧定(bivalirudin)是由水蛭素提取的直接凝血酶抑制劑,是一種新型抗凝藥,2000年被美國(guó)食品和藥物管理局(FDA)批準(zhǔn)上市,應(yīng)用于經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療、肝素誘導(dǎo)血小板減少癥、頸動(dòng)脈支架植入等疾病的治療~([1]),但在起搏器電極導(dǎo)線血栓中的應(yīng)用罕見報(bào)道。臨床藥師參與1例臨時(shí)起搏器植入術(shù)后發(fā)生電極周圍血栓患者的個(gè)
[Abstract]:Proportional bivalirudin (bivalirudin) is a direct thrombin inhibitor hirudin by extraction, is a new type of anticoagulant drugs, in 2000 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved, used in percutaneous coronary intervention, heparin induced thrombocytopenia, carotid artery stenting treatment of vein disease (~ [1]), but rarely reported in the application of pacemaker leads in thrombosis occurred around the electrode. 1 cases of thrombosis in patients with clinical pharmacists after implantation of a temporary pacemaker.
