【摘要】：德國醫(yī)保藥品支付實(shí)行分類管理,仿制藥采用參考定價(jià),創(chuàng)新藥采用藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法。政府、醫(yī)保部門、醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域?qū)＜�、企業(yè)等利益相關(guān)方均參與到醫(yī)保支付價(jià)格的制定,過程相對(duì)公平、透明。我國目前沒有醫(yī)保藥品支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及支付價(jià)格,且藥品使用結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰,在報(bào)銷環(huán)節(jié)的可控性較差。德國的價(jià)格形成機(jī)制在提升醫(yī)保資金的使用效率及控制藥品支出不合理上漲方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可為我國推行醫(yī)保支付價(jià)格提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The German medical insurance drug payment carries on the classification management, the generic medicine uses the reference price, the innovation medicine uses the pharmacoeconomics method. The government, the medical insurance department, the medicine domain expert. Enterprises and other stakeholders are involved in the development of health insurance payment price, the process is relatively fair and transparent. At present, there is no payment standard and payment price for medical insurance drugs in China, and the structure of drug use is not clear. The experience of German price formation mechanism in improving the use efficiency of medical insurance funds and controlling the unreasonable increase of drug expenditure can provide reference and reference for the implementation of medical insurance payment price in China.
