【摘要】：目的:優(yōu)化智能化門診藥房工作流程,提高藥房人員工作效率,縮短患者候藥時間。方法:對我院藥房在使用自動發(fā)藥機(jī)后工作流程上各環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,針對加藥、配藥、發(fā)藥各環(huán)節(jié)的影響因素制訂并實施相關(guān)措施以進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化,并以配藥時間、發(fā)藥時間和患者候藥時間為指標(biāo)評價流程優(yōu)化后效果。結(jié)果:通過采取調(diào)整入機(jī)藥品品種數(shù)、軌道數(shù)和位置,在系統(tǒng)加藥界面添加相似藥品對照圖片,規(guī)范加藥流程,改進(jìn)調(diào)配標(biāo)簽信息標(biāo)示,調(diào)整發(fā)藥流程,增設(shè)小包裝藥品等措施,6個月后藥師的平均配藥時間、發(fā)藥時間和患者候藥時間明顯縮短,分別從3.4 min縮短至1.0 min、9.3 min縮短至6.1 min、12.7 min縮短至7.1 min。結(jié)論:優(yōu)化藥房智能化工作流程可縮短患者候藥時間,提高患者滿意度,推進(jìn)藥房智能化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the work flow of intelligent outpatient pharmacy and improve the efficiency of pharmacy staff. Methods: to analyze the problems in the working process after the automatic dispensing machine was used in the pharmacy of our hospital, aiming at adding and dispensing drugs. Formulation and implementation of relevant measures to optimize the process and time of dispensing. Results: by adjusting the number of drug varieties, the number of tracks and the position of the drugs, the control pictures of similar drugs were added to the system interface. After 6 months, the average dispensing time, the time of dispensing and the waiting time of patients were shortened obviously by standardizing the drug adding process, improving the label information marking, adjusting the dispensing process, adding the small package medicine and so on. It was shortened from 3.4 min to 1.0 min, 9.3 min to 6.1 min, respectively. Conclusion: optimizing the intelligent working process of pharmacy can shorten the waiting time of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients, and promote the intelligent development of pharmacy.
