【摘要】：目的探討PDCA循環(huán)管理方法在醫(yī)院基本藥物管理中的應(yīng)用及其對(duì)合理用藥的影響。方法通過(guò)制定和推行一系列國(guó)家基本藥物制度的落實(shí)方案及措施,運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)原理策略加強(qiáng)各項(xiàng)干預(yù)計(jì)劃的落實(shí),考察實(shí)施后醫(yī)院基本藥物使用情況及合理用藥的變化情況。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)PDCA循環(huán)管理后,醫(yī)院基本藥物品種遴選比例、基本藥物臨床配備率、基本藥物使用率、基本藥物使用金額比分別由2013年的54.5%,32.4%,23.0%,17.6%上升為2015年上半年的75.07%,45.25%,45.57%,29.29%;醫(yī)院藥占比由2013年的40.12%下降至36.67%,臨床用藥合理性不斷提高。結(jié)論P(yáng)DCA循環(huán)有效促進(jìn)了醫(yī)院基本藥物優(yōu)先、合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of PDCA circulation management in hospital management in basic medicine and its influence on the rational use of drugs. Methods through the implementation of the scheme and measures to develop and implement a series of national basic medicine system, strengthen the intervention plan implementation using PDCA circulation principle strategy, study the changing situation after the implementation of hospital use of essential drugs and rational use of drugs. Results after the PDCA cycle management, hospital essential drugs selection ratio, with the basic rate of clinical medicine, the use rate of basic drugs, basic drugs use amount respectively. By 2013 54.5%, 32.4%, 23%, 17.6% rose to 75.07% in the first half of 2015, 45.25%, 45.57%, 29.29%; hospital drugs accounted for by decreased to 36.67% in 2013 40.12%, and constantly improve the rationality of clinical medication. Conclusion PDCA cycle effectively promote the basic medicine hospital priority, reasonable use.
