【摘要】：本研究利用自制的河豚毒素?zé)晒饷庖邔游鰴z測(cè)卡對(duì)河豚毒素進(jìn)行快速定量檢測(cè),并分析其穩(wěn)定性、靈敏度、趨勢(shì)線擬合程度及檢測(cè)范圍。研究結(jié)果表明,自制的河豚毒素?zé)晒饷庖邔游鰴z測(cè)卡變異系數(shù)為0.124,擬合方程相關(guān)系數(shù)r~2值為0.995 5,檢測(cè)卡的檢測(cè)范圍為2~600 ng/m L,可以滿足對(duì)河豚毒素快速定量檢測(cè)的要求。
[Abstract]:In this study, tetrodotoxin was detected by a self-made fluorescent immunochromatographic card, and its stability, sensitivity, trend line fitting degree and detection range were analyzed. The coefficient of variation of tetrodotoxin immunochromatographic card was 0.124, the correlation coefficient of fitting equation was 0.995 5, and the detection range of tetrodotoxin was 2 #number0# ng/m / L. It can meet the requirements of rapid quantitative detection of tetrodotoxin.
