【摘要】：目的探討PDCA(plan,do,check,action)循環(huán)管理方法在降低門(mén)診藥房調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法收集實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)前(2015年3月1日至2015年5月31日)門(mén)診藥房處方調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)作為對(duì)照組,實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)后(2015年6月1日至2015年8月31)門(mén)診藥房處方調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)作為觀察組。定期分析調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)產(chǎn)生的原因并提出相應(yīng)措施。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)一些對(duì)策與措施的實(shí)施,調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)從實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)管理前的0.57‰,下降至實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)管理后的0.39‰,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。發(fā)藥機(jī)出藥數(shù)量錯(cuò)誤在所有調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)中占比例較高,其次為藥品包裝相似、藥名相似和一品兩規(guī)(或一品兩廠)等造成的調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)。結(jié)論 PDCA循環(huán)方法有效地降低了門(mén)診藥房調(diào)配內(nèi)差錯(cuò)的發(fā)生,確保患者用藥及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確和安全,同時(shí)也改善了門(mén)診藥房的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the PDCA plandocheck. The effect of circulating management method on reducing the error management in dispensary allocation of outpatient pharmacy. Methods before PDCA cycle was implemented (March 1st 2015 to May 31st 2015). The dispensing errors in the prescription of outpatient pharmacy were used as the control group. After PDCA cycle (June 1st 2015-August 2015 31). The reasons of the errors in dispensing were analyzed regularly and the corresponding measures were put forward. The results were carried out through some countermeasures and measures. The internal errors in the allocation decreased from 0.57 鈥，
